Boulevard North

This year, in cooperation with the German Interior Business Association (IBA), a variety of projects on the theme of “creativity works” would presented on the ORGATEC Boulevard.

Partners were:
The Association of German Interior Architects/Designers (BDIA), which presented the winning projects in the “BDIAußergewöhnlich” contest.

The magazine FRAME staged a captivating exhibition of groundbreaking workplace design in collaboration with young creatives. Inspiring ideas from around the globe offered answers to questions such as: how does interior design influence creativity? What makes offices healthy places? And why are workplaces the new showrooms?

The magazine „100 working SPACES“ presented 100 innovative workplaces and office concepts from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, as well as the best and most amazing projects from the rest oft he world – with statements and interviews by architects, planer and designer!

'Work on the Go!' - The md INTERIOR DESIGN ARCHITECTURE and MENSCH&BÜRO trade journals had observed people at their mobile working tools – in hotels, at airports, alone or amongst many people. Flexibility both as a blessing and a curse. Tthe slide show was at the Boulevard North and experienced, quite emotionally, the working reality of today.

The University of Applied Sciences Düsseldorf (HSD) which realized with a research project the ingenious connection between fashion, Workspace, Performance and identity. The design students of HSD Düsseldorf developed various media formats in these Contexts, an exhibition at ORGATEC Boulevard and a presentation on the input time conference Work & Style.
