Dear Exhibitors,
Please find attached the iCalendar for ORGATEC 2012.
In order to download the respective deadlines for ORGATEC directly into your Outlook or Lotus calendar please proceed as follows: Takes 2 minutes max.
1.Copy the file „ iCalender_orgatec_en.ics “ into your desktop or any other folder.
2. Open your Outlook or e.g. Lotus calendar-> open the drop down menu “file" select "open"-> select Import/Export->select import “iCalendar- oder vCalendar-Datei(.vcs)” from the menu-> and select “next”-> select „iCalender_orgatec_en.ics“ -> select “OK”.
3. The deadlines have now been uploaded into your calendar.
