interzum showcase @ ORGATEC

The interzum showcase @ ORGATEC is a special exhibition area that will be part of ORGATEC 2026. Here, selected supplier companies from the furniture industry will have the opportunity to present their technologies, materials and components to an international trade audience. To do so, exhibitors must be able to provide evidence of a binding commitment to participate in interzum 2027 in Cologne.

Participation in the interzum showcase @ ORGATEC will provide suppliers to the furniture and interior design industries with a unique level of visibility, while ORGATEC itself retains its role as the leading international trade fair for workspace and contract solutions.

Exhibitors at ORGATEC 2026 who would like to present products supplied to, or components used in, the furniture and interior design industries should note the following conditions:

Requirements for participation:
Suppliers to the furniture and interior design industries who wish to exhibit their products at ORGATEC 2026 must have concluded a valid contract to participate in interzum 2027 in Cologne and received confirmation of their stand allocation for interzum 2027 by 6:00 p.m. (CET/CEST) on the last day of set-up for ORGATEC 2026.

Allocated exhibition space:
Exhibitors subject to these conditions will be exclusively allocated exhibition space within the dedicated “interzum showcase @ ORGATEC” area.

Consequences if requirements are not met:
If a valid contract and a confirmation of stand allocation for interzum 2027 are not finalised by the deadline specified above, participation in ORGATEC 2026 will not be possible. Koelnmesse GmbH reserves the right to shut down an exhibitor’s stand at ORGATEC 2026. No claims for compensation shall be accepted in such a case.
