Wherever Whenever – Work Culture Festival at ORGATEC

The Wherever Whenever - Work Culture Festival, conceived and organized by the Industrieverband Büro und Arbeitswelt e. V., the conceptual sponsor of ORGATEC, is aimed at managers from the fields of Human Resources Department, corporate management, architecture and facility management who want to play an active role in shaping the working environments of tomorrow. On a total of six stages and workshop areas, at the exhibitors' stands and in supplementary themed presentations, they can expect forward-looking impulses, best-practice approaches and solutions for current issues and challenges in the world of work.
The Wherever Whenever - Work Culture Festival presents a festival concept that offers three perspectives on the work of the future: TEAM, IMPACT and LIFE. Here you will experience collaboration, visions of the future and new forms of cooperation and living together.
- TEAM: How can we build communities to achieve our goals together?
- IMPACT: How can we promote diversity, equity and inclusion and reduce our environmental impact?
- LIFE: How can we improve people's health and well-being?
These questions are at the heart of a new way of working and will be discussed in lectures, talks, panels and workshops. Fundamental influences on the world of work will be highlighted, such as the opportunities and challenges of using AI, the potential for sustainable action, new management approaches and innovative workplace design.
