During the purchase or redemption process, you will be asked to log in using your personal Koelnmesse account or to register if you have not already so. You can also use your account details to sign in to the trade fair app.
You can access your ticket for the trade fair and your local public transport ticket conveniently in the ticket wallet in the trade fair app. Simply log in using the Koelnmesse account you used to purchase your ticket.
You can also use the app to plan your visit to the trade fair efficiently. Find out all the details about exhibitors and events, and contact trade fair participants directly from inside the app.
You will receive your trade fair ticket as a PDF file in your order confirmation e-mail. You can also use the link in the e-mail to download the ticket to your mobile device’s wallet. Your local public transport ticket will be sent to you in a separate e-mail.
You can also find both your event ticket and your travel ticket at any time under “My orders” in the Ticket Shop.
Would you rather not benefit from the advantages of the Koelnmesse account and the app? Then you can simply buy a ticket at the venue instead.
You can pay by PayPal or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express) in the Ticket Shop.
Trade visitor
The ORGATEC is a trade fair. Koelnmesse GmbH reserves the right to conduct suitable trade visitor inspections on site.
Children and youths
Admission is free for children up to 6 years of age who are accompanied by parents. Children between the ages 7 and 16 require a separate reduced admission ticket of 8.00 Euro and will only be admitted if they are accompanied by an adult.
Accompanying pets
It is prohibited to bring dogs and other pets to our fair grounds.
You will receive your free travel ticket in a separate e-mail. For use of the public transport system please print out the PDF file in size A4 or download the PDF file to your mobile device.
The free travel ticket (2nd class) is valid for public transport in the expanded network of the Rhein Sieg Transportoperated by the Rhein Sieg Transport Authority (VRS) .
Exempted are trains of the Deutsche Bahn AG subject to a surcharge, e.g. the IC/EC or ICE.
The public transport ticket only provides authorization for arrival and departure in the context of a visit to Koelnmesse GmbH within the indicated period of the trade fair. It is non-transferable and only valid in connection with a valid photo identification and an admission ticket of Koelnmesse GmbH.
