As an exhibitor at ORGATEC, you can donate surplus food. This way you make a valuable contribution to combating food waste.

“Rescue” surplus food instead of wasting it. Through our partnership with Tafel Köln e.V., exhibitors can donate leftover food from their stand catering at the end of each day of the fair to people in need in Cologne and the region.

Every day of the fair: 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.
Delivery locations: a vehicle is parked between Halls 6 and 7, and another vehicle is near Halls 10.2 and 5.2

To make planning as easy as possible for the Tafel, please register as soon as possible if you think you might have food to donate.

Successful cooperation of Koelnmesse with TRASH GALORE and Tafel Köln e.V. already took place at interzum 2025 – joint engagement that showed how trade fair activities and social responsibility can be sensibly combined.
