Circular Work & Living
The world of work is undergoing profound change. New Work describes this transformation towards a new understanding of working methods and environments and stands for more than just an adaptation of existing structures. It is a multi-layered process that is characterised by digitalisation, demographic change and the desire for individuality and is changing the requirements for modern workplaces.
Co-working spaces and co-living concepts are creating new challenges and opportunities for the design of office properties. Traditional structures need to be reconsidered and intelligently combined with sustainable construction methods, equipment and technologies. A future-orientated environment takes into account not only the physical but also the social and emotional needs of employees. Flexibility, technology integration, sustainability & resource conservation and user-centred design are becoming central elements - people are taking centre stage.
The event on the second day of Orgatec 2024 is dedicated to the many facets of New Work: from the adaptation of existing office concepts and the use of existing properties to innovative business models that are shaping the future of work and life. Experience exciting discussions, innovative approaches and best practices that show how working and living environments can be redefined.
This day is curated and moderated by CADEMI.
