The event

The path to a new world of work has not only become relevant for many companies in Germany due to the pandemic, but driven by digitalisation and an enormous disruption that affects us all across sectors and ultimately ensures that we are all on the path to New Work.

In the panel discussion, Hendrik Böttcher, as a labour market expert and sparring partner for executives, will and give impulses on how leadership in Work 4.0 must be rethought.

Dr. Sebastian Harrer, CPO LBBW, already has a great deal of experience in the in the implementation of methods for restructuring organisations at ING Germany and will report on his practical experience and answer questions in the discussion such as "How do I get a group into the future?" and "How can I transfer this to small and medium-sized enterprises?

Deborah Reicherts, Head of New and Workplace Transformations LBBW CREM, will look at the new working world from an interior design perspective. What spaces will we still need in the future? Has the office lost its significance as the first place of work? In addition, she will provide insights into the metaverse and describe the office 2030 from her point of view.

The discussion will focus on the fact that cultural change will only be successful if people, organisation and environment are considered and transformed equally.
