Acoustic well-being as an essential component of holistic office planning.
At a time when New Work, hybrid working models and employee well-being are becoming increasingly important, the design of office spaces is becoming a real challenge. Acoustic well-being plays a central role - especially in open-plan offices, where noise can have a major impact on productivity and creativity.
From the perspective of a planner/new work coach with over 15 years of experience, in this lecture I will explain why well thought-out acoustic planning is essential for the success of modern working environments. Especially in the post-corona period, when psychological factors and health in the workplace are coming into focus, it is clear: acoustics are not an optional element, but a must.
The lecture not only offers theoretical insights, but also practical solutions. Using successful projects and innovative materials - developed in collaboration with Création Baumann and ASD Advanced Sound Design - it is shown how architects and interior designers can create space for creativity and efficiency with tailor-made acoustic concepts. Be inspired by how you can use targeted acoustic planning to create feel-good spaces that are not only functional, but also future-oriented on various levels.
Here you will find out how acoustics can become a competitive advantage – for satisfied employees and innovative working environments.
