Within just a few years, a lot has changed for employers and employees in terms of how they work. A new study commissioned by Sony Professional Displays & Solutions has shown that yet another approach is gaining popularity as an ideal working model: asynchronous working.
The advantages of asynchronous working are similar to those of hybrid working models: Flexibility and elimination of the constant need to be present in the office. This means a better work-life balance for employees. However, asynchronous working also has a positive impact on the way people work together. 35% of respondents agreed that this working model results in more focused and less distracting communication with colleagues.
