By entering and submitting the form, applicants agree to these conditions of participation,
the data protection guidelines of Koelnmesse GmbH and the above-mentioned lecture fees. All prices quoted are net prices and do not include statutory VAT.
The evaluation and selection of the submitted presentations will be carried out by the organiser. Applicants will be notified by e-mail after finalisation of the lecture programmes (end of June 2024) as to whether the lecture submission could be considered. The selection is based on the title and description of your presentation. We therefore ask you to provide a meaningful description of your contribution. There is no entitlement to consideration.
Pure product presentations will not be accepted.
After a presentation has been accepted for consideration, a subsequent reorientation of the content of the presentation is only possible in consultation with the organiser.
