Every year, the Fraunhofer Institute for Building Physics IBP brought together the worlds of research and practice, scientists, architects, planners, companies and manufacturers as part of the Symposium „People Inside“ (Menschen in Räumen/MiR). In 2022, the Symposium „People Inside“ focused on the challenges involved in the design of hybrid worlds of work, with the latest scientific insights, inspiring keynotes and examples of best practice, together with exciting contributions from science, architecture and company practice.

Participation in the "People in Spaces" 2022 symposium was free of charge for ORGATEC trade fair visitors.

In view of the ecological development, the topic of sustainability in the development of real estate is more topical than ever. The handling of resources as well as sustainable building were explored in depth in panels, lectures as well as panel discussions.

Listened to lectures by planners such as JOI Design, Werner Sobek and kadawittfeldarchitektur, as well as from the investor's point of view by JonesLangLasalle, Art-Invest and Colliers Deutschland. But users of buildings gave also presentations and engage in professional discussions.

For years, the Media Planners Conference has been a top-class information and discussion forum on current developments in AV media technology. In the form of a one-day conference, interested parties could obtain comprehensive information about current developments, the latest trends, technologies and products in the field of audio and conference technology, media control systems, video and presentation technology and system integration.

The Media Planners Conference was aimed at engineers, specialist planners and users responsible for media technology in companies, public authorities, industry and organisations, as well as interested architects.
