Our presentation "Changing world of work: How women are shaping their work environment to succeed in the future" looks at how women are mastering work-life balance through innovative approaches and what measures attractive employers can take to encourage female talent. Women in Furniture, a network of over 500 dedicated members from the furniture industry, is passionate about diversity and equality. Our aim is to encourage women to pursue their ambitions and break through the male-dominated C-level of the German furniture trade. We want to discuss how women can actively shape their working conditions and how companies can create a culture that supports and promotes women. Our talk will focus on the strategies and best practices that help women succeed and how we can work together to create a sustainable, inclusive working environment. We will talk about how we can empower ambitious women and usher in a new era of equality in the Home & Living industry.
