So many people visit it regularly to do knowledge work. But is it really just a place to work? Doesn't it also serve as a place to meet people and socialize? Aren't offices also an essential part of a company's success, especially in times of home offices and coworking spaces? If we and the company have a common identity, a common DNA, it becomes a value-based success factor.
THE OFFICE OF THE FUTURE
What does the evolution of the office look like? Which office concepts will meet all requirements in the coming years? How can the self-contained world of offices be opened up and opportunities for diversity and integration created?
The lecture and book "The New Way of Working", published by the DNA Academy, deal with these and other questions. It combines the skills and knowledge of office planners and interior designers with those of experts from the fields of ergonomics, coaching and training of managers and employees, health and mindfulness management, digitization and corporate photography.
The office should always reflect the distinctive DNA of a company in order to become an effective space for meaningful work! But how does that work?
