The traditional office as a workplace has lost its monopoly position. Knowledge work no longer only takes place in the office, but also working from home and other locations - digital, hybrid or present. Companies need to respond to this change. This brings up the question: Where are we today and where do we want to go?
In the workshop, we will take stock of where we are together. The ‘Workspace Maturity Model’ with its four topic areas will help us do this: Mobile working, workplace sharing, space concept and IT.
