Qualification plays a central role in digital change. The digital transformation can only succeed where employees are able to acquire the necessary skills. It's not just about specialist knowledge, such as programming IT systems or analyzing data. In particular, it is also about key skills that cannot be acquired solely in classic educational formats such as seminars or training courses (e.g. language skills, social skills).
