About Zuzana Blazek
Zuzana Blazek has worked at the IW, the Institute of the German Economy in Cologne, since 2006. Before that, Zuzana was a journalist and editor at Deutsche Welle Bonn. Today she is a senior researcher in the competence field of vocational qualification and skilled workers and works in the project "Kompetenzzentrum Fachkräftesicherung - KOFA".
Her main topics are employer branding, (virtual) leadership, strategic HR work, resilience and staffing of the future. She gives lectures on these topics nationwide, conducts workshops and writes articles for trade journals and other media. Zuzana Blazek has taught at ISM, EUFH Medica and Hochschule Fresenius, among others, Employer Branding, Resilience in Workforce Management, Human Resource Development and Human Resource Management. She is a trained systemic business coach.
