Our working world has been undergoing radical change for the past two years. The global situation has forced a change in the status quo that applied until then. The way we work and where we work has changed permanently. New working models have been found and established. For example, what used to be the exception is now suddenly part of everyday life: the home office. But many companies would like their employees to return - at least partially - to their old offices. But they are currently returning to the company with new horizons of experience and changed expectations. On the one hand, this raises the question of how what we perceived as negative in the past months - such as the lack of personal exchange with colleagues - can now be revived? And on the other hand, how can we professionalise everything that has worked well and also brought added value to the teams, and take it over into the new everyday working life?

Trade visitors to ORGATEC 2022 found the answer to these questions in Hall 8 on the stage of the #InspriedHybridOffice special show. Highlights here included the md Talks, the OFFICE ROXX Office Trend Forum and the Light Culture Talks.
